Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and support to ensure tasks and objectives are completed.
• Understand all tasks within the department.
• Use hooks, knives and equipment to safely dress carcasses as needed.
• Communicate with employees and management to resolve production issues quickly.
• Follow sanitation and safety procedures and wear PPE at all times.
