Job summary

Furniture Fair in Lexington, KY is seeking a Bedding Sales Associate to join our team and drive customer-focused bedding and mattress sales. This full-time role rewards performance with uncapped commissions and a comprehensive training program.

You will use tablet technology to engage customers, demonstrate products, and deliver strong presentations. We offer an excellent benefits package including medical, vision, 401K, life and disability insurance, plus paid time off.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in furniture or mattress retail.
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
• Experience using tablets to demonstrate products and capture data.

Responsibilities

• Sell bedding and mattress products to customers in a showroom.
• Provide product knowledge and upsell opportunities to meet targets.
• Maintain attractive showroom presentation and resolve customer questions.
