Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Valid Wisconsin Driver's License.
• Passion for plants and outdoors.
• Willingness to learn and grow with the company.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and reliable work ethic.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Care for plants in beds, keeping them vibrant and healthy year-round.
• Monitor plant health through growth and moisture checks; manage pests.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain bed aesthetics.
• Perform spring and fall clean-ups for bed refreshment.
• Weed and maintain planting beds to stay neat and healthy.
• Care for perennials with seasonal tasks like deadheading and pruning.
• Provide care for small trees and shrubs, including pruning.
• Use appropriate tools safely and efficiently for landscaping tasks.
• Make weather-aware decisions to keep plants thriving.
• Communicate clearly with team and customers to ensure project success.
