The Access and Logistics Team is seeking a Registered Nurse who coordinates patients throughout from all points of entry to facilitate overall hospital patient flow. Our Bed‑Flow Manager Nurses work within a team receiving all communication related to patients that are requiring bed placement for appropriate clinical expertise and facility placement to support the delivery of quality care. The Bed‑Flow Managers collaborate with hospital staff, ADCO, physicians, staff, Resource Team, and Transfer Center to define, reduce, and eliminate barriers within the system which may impede patient flow and surge plan. These employees will also coordinate nursing home triage calls as needed.
