Job summary

Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring Caregivers and Personal Care Assistants (PCA) in Pelham, Plaistow, Salem, and surrounding communities. Training is available for qualified candidates. Flexible shifts with part-time or full-time opportunities and daily pay.

You will provide one-on-one in-home care to seniors, helping them stay safe, comfortable, and independent. Experience is welcome but not required, and background checks will be completed.

What You'll Do

You'll provide one-on-one care to seniors in their homes and help them remain safe, comfortable, and independent.

Depending on the client's needs, you may:

• Assist with bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene

• Help with mobility and daily activities

• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed

• Provide companionship and conversation

• Perform light housekeeping and laundry

• Assist with grocery shopping and errands

• Provide medication reminders

• Follow the client's care plan

• Observe and report changes in the client's condition

What We're Looking For

We're looking for people who are dependable, compassionate, patient, and willing to help others.

You should have:

• Reliable transportation to client homes

• Good communication skills

• Ability to follow care plans and safety guidelines

• Ability to work independently

• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English

• Willingness to complete required background checks

Experience is welcome, but it is NOT required. We are willing to train the right candidates.
