Building Block Resolutions (BBR) in Los Angeles, CA is seeking an enthusiastic, entry‑level teammate to provide direct 1:1 ABA support for children with autism in home, school and clinic settings.

You’ll receive comprehensive training and supervision, learn to implement behavior plans, and grow across home, school and clinic settings with flexible scheduling and pathways to full‑time roles.

Qualifications

• Degree in psychology, education, or related field (a plus).
• Prior ABA experience (preferred, not required).
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 intervention with children with autism
• Implement behavior intervention plans with fidelity
• Manage challenging behaviors calmly and professionally
• Collect and document data accurately
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and families
