Qualifications

• Must be between ages 21-39 and in good health.
• Must have had at least one successful pregnancy.
• US citizen or permanent resident.
• Body mass index (BMI) under 30.

Responsibilities

• Support intended parents through the surrogacy journey with medical, legal and emotional guidance.
• Attend the surrogacy process and follow agency protocols.
• Maintain timely, reliable communication with the agency and payments team.
