Participants receive base compensation up to $85,000 plus monthly allowances and bonuses, with all medical and travel expenses covered, plus legal guidance and emotional support throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Must be 21–39 years old.
• At least one healthy pregnancy and delivery.
• Healthy lifestyle and non-smoker.

Responsibilities

• Work with a dedicated case manager from application through delivery.
• Coordinate with fertility clinics and physicians to ensure safety.
• Maintain health and lifestyle requirements throughout the process.
