Job summary

TotalMed Allied seeks a Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Beaverton, OR. The role requires 40 hours per week, days shift, and travel PT duties including supervision of staff, documentation, and collaboration with medical center teams to implement a plan of care.

Qualifications

• Must have BLS and state-specific licensing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supervising PTAs and support staff.
• Bill within the setting following guidelines.
• Comply with PT board rules and state regulations.
• Interface with Medical Center personnel and physicians to implement plan of care.
• Understand adaptive equipment needs.
• Evaluate and create a plan of care and modify as needed.
• Use Medical Center computer systems in daily tasks.
• Provide timely and accurate documentation per state/insurance guidelines.
