Job summary

One Medical is seeking a full‑time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant based in Beaverton, Oregon. You will manage a diverse patient panel, provide in‑person and telehealth care, and participate in weekly Clinical Rounds while collaborating with on‑site and virtual teams.

Preferred candidates hold an accredited FNP/PA program with national certification and Oregon licensure by start date, with ongoing credentialing for multi‑state care as needed.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with national certification.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least: 2 years in outpatient primary care or 1 year with a 1‑year fellowship or 1+ year in urgent care.
• State licensed in Oregon by the One Medical start date.

Responsibilities

• Managing a panel of patients with acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treating patients in‑office, in testing centers, and occasionally via tele‑health visits.
• Participating in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborating daily with in‑office teammates and clinically with virtual teams.
• Utilizing clinical training and performing in‑office procedures when appropriate.
• Obtaining additional state licensure and credentialing for virtual primary care in other states, if required.
