West Coast Tanning, Inc. in Riverside, CA is hiring entry-level sales and customer service representatives to join our team. We offer a vibrant, professional environment with growth opportunities and flexible scheduling.

Starting pay is $16.90 per hour with guaranteed commission on all product, package, upgrade, and membership sales plus a $75+ monthly store bonus opportunity. Training and a welcoming team atmosphere are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to stand, bend, and walk for long periods.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meeting sales goals daily/weekly/monthly.
• Consults with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon.
• Opening/closing business.
• Daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking.
• Walk customers to rooms and teach tanning equipment use.
