Palm Beach Tan in Los Angeles, CA is seeking an entry-level Sales/Customer Service team member at our salon. You will meet sales goals, assist customers with tanning products, and maintain a clean, welcoming salon.

Starting pay is $18.42 per hour with guaranteed commissions on products, packages, upgrades, and memberships, plus benefits including health, vision, dental insurance and a 401(k). Training provided and flexible scheduling available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to stand, bend, and walk for long periods of time (7 hours per day).
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation with flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly.
• Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon.
• Open/close the business.
• Complete daily administrative paperwork and track goals.
• Walk customers to rooms and teach them how to use tanning equipment for first-time users or when they have questions.
• Attend off-site sales and job trainings.
