Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Beauty & Wellness Consultant to deliver exceptional customer care in a fast-paced retail environment. You will provide beauty expertise, perform mini-makeovers, skincare consultations, and help customers achieve their total look.

You will demonstrate product knowledge across Owned Brands and assist with in-store events, while maintaining department standards and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and retail sales experience meeting a sales goal OR experience selling beauty products and providing customer care.
• Ability to work with little supervision and take own initiative to complete objectives.
• Knowledge of beauty products and brands to engage customers.
• Experience building and maintaining relationships within a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and offer assistance with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Demonstrate makeup application and product consultations; use tools like Skin Hydrometer and tablets when needed.
• Lead in-store events to promote brand awareness and loyalty of Owned Brands and total Beauty, Wellness and Personal Care.
• Maintain department standards, stock testers, and ensure hygiene and store policy compliance.
