Job summary

Laser Clinics Marion is seeking a Beauty Therapist to join our team. You’ll support clients to feel confident in their skin while growing your skills and career, backed by world-class training and cutting-edge technology.

Qualifications

• Formal internationally recognised qualification in Beauty: i.e. Cert IV(minimum), Diploma of Beauty Therapy or Diploma of Dermal Science.
• For WA/QLD: A valid Radiation Laser Hair Removal Licence, or currently working towards obtaining one.
• Experience in skin assessments and treatments is desirable but not essential as we provide comprehensive training.
• Be punctual, organised, and supportive, you will celebrate team wins to foster a positive, motivating workplace. Build trust and lasting client relationships through empathy, expertise, and confidence-boosting treatments.
• A track record of delivering superior customer service and achieving sales targets and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver aesthetic services such as laser hair removal, facials, skin needling, cosmetic grade peels.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailor-made solutions.
