Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for long periods (7 hours/day).
• Lift up to 25 pounds and have reliable transportation.
• Flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meeting sales goals daily/weekly/monthly.
• Consults with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educates customers on tanning rules and regulatory requirements.
• Maintains a clean, organized salon.
• Cash handling, opening/closing the business.
• Daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking.
