You will meet sales goals, educate customers on safe tanning, and maintain a clean, organized environment. Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma and flexible availability. This role offers competitive pay starting at $16.50, with guaranteed commissions and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly.
• Consults with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon.
• Opening/closing business.
• Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking.
• Walk customers to their rooms and teach them how to use the tanning equipment.
