Job summary

Ulta Beauty in Buckeye, AZ is seeking a professional Stylist to engage guests, consult on hair care needs and recommend services and products. You will deliver quality services with emphasis on guest look, while supporting the Experience Manager and ASM to meet sales, productivity, and guest service goals.

The ideal candidate has a cosmetology license, prior salon experience preferred, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work with the team to create an outstanding guest

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, cuts, color, treatments, styling, and extensions as applicable.
• Meet or exceed sales goals for hair services and retail products through quality guest service and upselling.
• Demonstrate business acumen and identify opportunities for growth during guest interactions.
• Conduct product demonstrations to drive sales and enhance the guest experience.
• Support in-store events, promotions, and marketing initiatives to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
• Stay informed on new trends, products, and services to better serve guests and maintain compliance with standards.
