Job summary

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.
• Previous relevant salon experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, cuts, color, texture, styling, updos, perms, keratin treatments, extensions.
• Meet or exceed weekly sales and productivity goals for hair services.
• Demonstrate business acumen to identify opportunities for growth.
• Perform product demonstrations with guests to drive sales and guest service experience.
• Support in-store events, promotions, and marketing initiatives to deliver an unrivaled guest experience.
• Stay informed on new industry trends, products, and services; knowledge of ingredients and benefits.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
