Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, cuts, color, texture, styling, updos, keratin treatments, extensions, makeup applications, and ear piercing where applicable.
• Meet or exceed sales goals for hair services and contribute to store retail and service sales targets.
• Demonstrate business acumen with understanding of drivers and opportunities for growth.
• Perform product demonstrations to drive sales and guest service experience.
• Support in-store events, promotions, and marketing initiatives for an unrivaled guest experience.
• Stay informed on industry trends, products, and services to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
