Ulta Beauty is seeking a Stylist to engage with guests, consult on hair care, and recommend products and services. The Stylist delivers quality professional services with a focus on the guest’s total look and experience, while supporting sales and store productivity.

You will stay current on industry trends, follow safety and sanitation standards, and collaborate with skin therapists and the retail team to create a total-store guest experience.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required; state licensing where applicable.
• Previous salon experience preferred.
• Proficiency in hair design, color, and styling techniques.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, cuts, color, styling, and treatments.
• Meet or exceed sales and productivity goals through guest service.
• Demonstrate industry knowledge and participate in in-store events.
• Maintain cleanliness and adhere to safety and sanitation standards.
• Build guest relationships and promote the Ulta Beauty app and loyalty program.
