Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Hairstylist to engage guests, consult on hair care needs, and recommend products and services to create a total look. You will deliver professional services while supporting team goals and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

The role requires a cosmetology license, prior salon experience preferred, and the ability to perform a range of hair services including color, cuts, styling, extensions, and makeup applications.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license is required.
• Previous salon experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in hair cutting, color, styling, makeup, and extensions.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, cuts, color, texture, styling, updos, perms, blowouts, keratin, extensions, makeup applications (where applicable).
• Meet or exceed weekly service sales goals and contribute to retail and service sales.
• Provide exceptional guest service and build guest loyalty through consultations and recommendations.
• Follow Ulta Beauty policies and safety/ sanitation guidelines; maintain salon cleanliness and professionalism.
