Job summary

A leading beauty retailer seeks a Task Associate to drive operational excellence by ensuring product availability and store cleanliness. This role involves working closely with the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager while valuing contributions from team members and guests. Candidates should have a high school diploma, relevant experience, and proficiency with basic technology. A flexible schedule is required, with duties that emphasize exceptional customer service and compliance with operational procedures.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Work a flexible schedule to include early morning shifts, days, evenings, weekends, overnights, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain outstanding store standards and overall store cleanliness including salesfloor, restrooms, cashwrap, backroom, and break area.
• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s retail goals by ensuring all tasks are executed as planned and product is available for purchase.
• Support the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager through a focus on performance, people, and processes.

Skills

Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Ability to problem solve
