Ulta Beauty is hiring a Task Associate to support store operations, keep fixtures stocked, and maintain cleanliness. You will assist the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager by focusing on performance, people, and processes.

Responsibilities include replenishment, planogram resets, displays, and inventory procedures, with an emphasis on loss prevention and guest service. Flexibility for morning/evening/weekend shifts is required.

Formación

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsabilidades

• Meet store retail goals by executing tasks and ensuring product is available.
• Meet compliance and execution goals on task dashboard and replenish processes.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Adhere to Ulta Beauty’s policies, dress code, and standards.
• Keep assigned area replenished, signed, and faced, with testers available.
