Sally Beauty is seeking a Store Manager to lead a dynamic store team. You will drive customer excellence, coach staff, and manage sales, budgets, and inventory to deliver exceptional experiences.

The role requires at least 3 years in customer service/retail with 1 year in sales management. Cosmetology license is a plus, but not required. 18+ and a passion for hair and beauty are essential.

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Previous experience in operational, financial and performance management.
• Cosmetology license is a plus - but not required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for all things hair and beauty!
