Job summary

Palm Beach Tan is seeking passionate, sales‑driven team members to represent our brand. We offer a generous commission program plus base pay, flexible schedules, and a fun, fast paced environment focused on beauty, wellness, and skincare.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in retail/customer service environment.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods (7+ hours).
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals daily/weekly/monthly.
• Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on tanning rules and that all company and legal requirements are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon.
• Cash handling, opening/closing the business.
• Daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking.
