Job summary

Belk is seeking a Beauty Flex Associate to drive sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience in our beauty department. You will build client relationships, perform product applications, and offer tailored recommendations in a fast-paced, commission-based environment.

You’ll greet customers, showcase products, and use suggestive selling techniques while maintaining attractive displays and ensuring accurate signage. This role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications
