Palm Beach Tan in California is seeking passionate, sales-driven individuals to represent our brand in a fast-paced, beauty and wellness environment. Positions available are both full-time and part-time with flexible scheduling and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Leadership/Management experience is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly.
• Hiring and Training your team of Beauty Consultants.
• Ongoing team training.
• Customer consultations regarding skin care, tanning, and beauty products.
• Ensuring that all company and legal policies, procedures and requirements are met.
• Maintaining a clean and organized salon.
• Cash handling, opening/closing business.
• Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking.
