Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Eligible to work in the US, 18+.
• Flexible availability including nights and weekends.
• Physically able to stand, bend, and lift up to 15 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers and provide expert advice on skincare and tanning products.
• Assist customers with tanning services and maintain a welcoming salon environment.
• Aim to meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets with enthusiasm.
• Handle transactions at the register and perform daily administrative tasks.
• Monitor personal and team performance toward goals with a positive team.
• Engage with customers in a professional, upbeat manner to ensure outstanding service.
