Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC in Fort Wayne, Indiana is seeking a friendly Beauty Advisor to create a memorable shopping experience for every customer. You will assist with hair color, cosmetics, skin care and nails, drawing on training Sally Beauty provides.

Responsibilities include building relationships, recommending products, highlighting promotions, enrolling customers in the loyalty program, and completing transactions accurately.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business.
• Able to communicate clearly with customers, co-workers and management.
• Ability to apply product knowledge during customer service.
• Read and explain product labels.
• Follow directions and perform other duties as assigned by Manager.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up displays and merchandise to highlight sales.
• Ensure customers are enrolled in the Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values.
