Qualifications
- At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management.
- Experience in operational, financial and performance management.
- Cosmetology license is a plus – but not required.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Passion for all things hair and beauty.
Responsibilities
- Manage talent, inspire your team and ensure a great customer experience.
- Oversee store operations to meet sales goals, budget, expenses, growth in sales, and inventory management.
- Protect customers, associates, and store assets by enforcing safety, security rules and company policies.
- Ensure the store always looks its best.
