Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Cosmoprof Sales Associate to deliver a memorable shopping experience and guide customers through their beauty journey. You will advise on hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails, supported by Cosmoprof training and a friendly team.

You’ll build loyalty, assist with promotions, and process transactions accurately while maintaining a welcoming store environment and participating in our Loyalty program.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Able to communicate clearly with customers, co-workers and management.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure our customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate our Cosmoprof Culture Values.
