Palm Beach Tan is seeking a Beauty Consultant for a full-time role in Bel Air, MD. You will represent our brand in a vibrant, professional environment, delivering excellent customer service and driving in-salon sales.

We provide base pay with commission and bonus opportunities, plus growth, training, and a benefits-friendly workplace, including flexible school schedules and employee discounts on skincare products.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in retail/customer service environment.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, 7+ hours/day.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly.
• Consults with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon.
• Opening/Closing business.
• Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking.
