Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficient with basic technology and POS system.

• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store goals by ensuring tasks are executed and product is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure timely completion of shipment, replenishment, merchandise sets and inventory procedures.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Be knowledgeable of Ulta Beauty’s policies and dress code; adhere to standards.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, displays, inventory procedures, and processing shipments using Ulta Beauty’s technology and best practices.
• Drive operational excellence by keeping work area replenished, signed, faced, and testers available.
• Maintain store cleanliness including sales floor, restrooms, cashwrap, backroom and break area.
• Protect company assets by following loss prevention practices and providing guest service.
