Job summary

Ulta Beauty in Pittsburgh is hiring a Task Associate to support daily store operations. You will stock merchandise, keep the store clean, and assist with resets, displays, and inventory tasks to enable strong sales and guest satisfaction.

You will follow Ulta Beauty policies, work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, and collaborate with the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager to meet performance goals and provide exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent education preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS system, Apple devices).
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise and maintain store cleanliness to support sales.
• Meet compliance and execution goals for task dashboard and replenishment.
• Provide exceptional guest service and protect company assets.
• Assist with merchandise resets, planograms, displays, and inventory procedures.
• Adhere to a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
