Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations, keep fixtures stocked, maintain cleanliness, and help meet retail goals. The role involves assisting the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager, with emphasis on accuracy and adherence to procedures.

The position requires attention to detail, ability to follow processes, and a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training and performance metrics are part of the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent education and experience.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS system and Apple devices).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed and product is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure timely completion of operational processes, including shipment and replenishment, merchandise sets, and inventory counts.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Protect company assets by following loss prevention practices and providing exceptional guest service.
