Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Retail or related experience strongly preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends as availability guidelines require.
• 18 years of age and High School Diploma or equivalent GED preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs and stand/walk throughout shift.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Sell the finest professional beauty brands and educate customers on promotions and events.
• Process and replenish merchandise; handle sales and returns; participate in inventories.
• Maintain store appearance and ensure a positive customer experience for Salon professionals.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and share beauty industry trends with customers.
