Base pay range: $100,000.00/yr – $125,000.00/yr

A large multinational agency is on the lookout for a creative, conscientious and confident PR professional to lead luxury beauty and wellness brands. You should have 8+ years of PR agency experience in the beauty PR agency world and a proven track record of developing strategic, integrated PR/event/influencer campaigns, successfully managing and mentoring junior team members.

The team is warm, friendly, creative, and dynamic, meeting in the office three days per week.

Role & Responsibilities

• Proactively builds and implements strategies for clients.
• Evaluates and understands client business objectives and crafts strategies that reflect those objectives.
• Leads client programs and campaigns from planning to execution within the specified budget.
• Concepts and manages events.
• Oversees paid and organic influencer programs, setting strategic goals, advising on budget allocation, negotiating contracts, and delivering comprehensive post-campaign analysis and reporting.
• Pulls and collaborates with different divisions across the agency and office to ensure the client is accessing the agency's network-wide expertise.
• Manages client benchmarks and delivers strong media coverage through leadership and guidance.
• Consistently produces high-quality internal and external communications content.
• Manages and motivates other team members to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly and PR results are delivered, supporting their growth to the next level.
• Proactively seeks out and proposes new business ideas, creating proposals and pitching.
• Strategizes, executes, and manages global media relations campaigns.
• Collaborates with division heads and project teams as necessary to integrate cultural programming into project strategy and schedule, ensuring successful execution of press and social media campaigns.
