Job summary

Procter & Gamble’s Iowa City Beauty Manufacturing Plant is seeking a hands-on Plant Technician to run, monitor, and maintain high-speed production and packaging lines. This on-site role involves equipment setups, changeovers, basic troubleshooting, and routine preventive maintenance aligned with safety, GMP, and quality standards.

You will inspect product, document line performance, and partner with maintenance and operations to reduce downtime and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with operating and monitoring high-speed production lines.
• Ability to perform equipment setups and changeovers.
• Familiarity with safety, GMP and quality standards in manufacturing.
