Victoria’s Secret & Co. in Cypress, TX is seeking a Beauty Manager to lead the customer and brand experience in our Beauty business. In higher complexity stores, this role provides direction, prioritization, and coaching to Brand Supervisors to ensure consistent execution.

You will report to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, as assigned. The Beauty Manager drives the overall customer and brand experience within the Beauty Business.

• Drive the Beauty business customer and brand experience, translate brand direction into priorities.

• Maintain sales floor and fitting room standards.
• Lead talent lifecycle with interviewing, hiring, and performance management.
• Supervise Beauty Supervisors and Selling Associates as assigned.
• Lead in higher volume or more complex environments to direct business performance.

A Victoria’s Secret & Co Beauty Manager is a values-based leader who delivers exceptional customer and associate experiences to grow brand top-line sales. In higher complexity stores, this role provides direction, prioritization, and coaching to Brand Supervisors to ensure consistent execution. This role reports to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

The Beauty Manager drives the overall customer and brand experience within the Beauty Business. They ensure both product presentation and selling behaviors reflect the Brand’s guidance and objectives. Specifically, the Beauty Manager owns:

• Visual execution within their line of business by translating brand direction into clear priorities and daily actions
• Product storytelling and selling behaviors, protecting the emotional tone of the customer’s experience
• Category-level performance insights, leveraging company tools and reports
• Sales floor and fitting room standards (if applicable)
• Talent lifecycle, including interviewing and hiring decisions and performance management, along with the Store Manager
• Direct reports, as assigned, including Beauty Supervisors and/or Selling Associates
• This role is present in higher volume or more complex environments and leads the performance and direction of the business

Store Leadership Expectations

• Leading and demonstrating company values
• Executing the role of the Head Coach to deliver exceptional customer experiences through coaching, zoning, team selling and personally selling
• Coaching & development of associates
• Executing Daily Work Force Management actions to manage labor hours
• Maintaining visual merchandising standards
• Collaborating with Sales Leadership Teams to ensure seamless execution
• Leading and modeling behaviors that link to leadership competencies
• Demonstrating and leading company policy and procedures
• Additional duties, as assigned, including, but not limited to: floorset mapping and execution, product launch support, brand education, and shipment processing

Minimum Salary: $23.30

Maximum Salary: $30.13

VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.
