Job summary

Palm Beach Tan is seeking a Beauty Expert to advise customers on skincare products and tanning services, helping them reach their beauty goals with confidence. You will join a fun, competitive team offering flexible scheduling, generous commissions, and employee discounts.

Compensation includes an hourly wage plus uncapped commissions up to 15% of total sales, with pay ranging from $13.00 to $20.50 per hour depending on location and experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for long periods.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on our skincare products and their benefits.
• Assist customers with their tanning needs while adhering to state and local recommendations.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon.
• Handle cash and perform daily administrative tasks; track progress towards personal and team goals.

Are you a beauty enthusiast with a passion for sales and customer service? Palm Beach Tan is looking for a Beauty Expert to join our team! As a Beauty Expert, you will be responsible for advising customers on our amazing skincare products and providing them with the knowledge and confidence to achieve their beauty goals. Competitive hourly pay ranging from $11 to $15, depending on location and experience.
Additionally, earn uncapped commission up to 15% of your total sales based on performance.
