Job summary

Palm Beach Tan is seeking a Beauty Expert to join our Minnesota team. You will advise customers on skincare products and provide knowledge to help achieve beauty goals in a fun, competitive workplace with flexible scheduling and generous commissions.

The role offers an hourly pay range of $11–$15, plus uncapped commissions up to 15% of total sales, and employee discounts. Training & development opportunities are also available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on our skincare products and their benefits
• Assist customers with their tanning needs while adhering to state and local recommendations
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
• Maintain a clean and organized salon
• Handle cash and perform daily administrative tasks
