Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS systems and Apple devices).
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to troubleshoot.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales and loyalty.
• Ensure exceptional service by greeting and engaging guests and recommending products.
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges; assist with online orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations with guests.
• Book appointments for and support services and in-store events delivering guest experience and sales.
• Stay informed about new products and services and know ingredients/benefits to serve guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
