In this role you will stay ahead of trends, demonstrate product knowledge, and work to exceed sales goals while maintaining a welcoming, organized store environment and a culture of inclusivity.

Qualifications

• Previous experience and demonstrated ability to provide excellent service in a retail or client-focused environment.
• A passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative, goal-oriented and inclusive environment.
• Fast learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
