Job summary

Belk Florence is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive sales and deliver a positive customer experience. You will build client relationships, perform product applications, and offer customized recommendations in a fast-paced, hourly role.

You will conduct personalized consultations, support promotions, and maintain store presentation while leveraging technology and clienteling tools to ensure a seamless omnichannel experience.

Qualifications

• Associates must maintain required licenses and certifications including cosmetology where required.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Demonstrated commitment to customer service and selling in a fast-paced, commission environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized consultations and makeup/skincare applications.
