Job summary

Sephora Charlottesville is seeking a Beauty Advisor to welcome clients, offer personalized consultations, and recommend products that boost confidence. This role emphasizes inclusivity, teamwork, and a passion for beauty across all shades, with scheduling primarily part-time hours in our Charlottesville store.

You will stay current on trends, maintain a clean, inviting space, support inventory and merchandising, and help achieve sales goals while upholding Sephora standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience and demonstrated ability to provide excellent service in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
• A passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative, goal-oriented, and inclusive environment.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
