You will conduct makeup applications, skincare analyses, and product recommendations, while maintaining a welcoming, organized department and supporting beauty events. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to connect with customers and communicate clearly.
• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Physical ability to move merchandise and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, and recommend products.
• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling (text and social media).
• Book appointments and support sales for beauty events and services.
• Maintain a welcoming, organized, and customer-ready department.
