Description

As a Headkount Beauty Educator, you’ll be responsible for building lasting relationships with stores, brands, and retail employees to increase productivity & sales.

Department: Field Sales

Location: Elizabeth, NJ

Compensation: $23.00 - $29.00 / hour

Key Responsibilities

• Be punctual & reliable
• Achieve sales goals
• Educate retail staff on supported brands by sharing product knowledge & selling strategies
• Uphold merchandising & brand guidelines
• Host & participate in branded events to meet sales goals
• Complete detailed in-store surveys at the end of each shift
• Stay updated via the Headkount app and communicate with the team
