Job summary

Sephora is seeking a Beauty Advisor at CT-Westfarms in West Hartford to welcome customers and deliver personalized beauty experiences. You will provide expert product recommendations and education to help clients reach their beauty goals, while staying current with the latest trends.

You’ll maintain an inviting shop environment, assist with inventory and merchandising, and collaborate with a diverse team to exceed sales goals.

Qualifications

Previous experience in retail or client-focused environment.
Passion for beauty and trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Team player who thrives in a collaborative, goal-oriented environment.
Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
