Responsibilities include:

• Meeting sales goals daily, weekly, monthly
• Consulting with customers professionally and upbeat
• Educating on tanning safety and retail items
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization
• Opening/closing the salon
• Handling administrative paperwork and goal tracking
• Assisting customers with tanning equipment
• Attending off-site sales and training

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years old
• Ability to stand, bend, walk for long periods, lift 25 pounds
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability including nights and weekends
