Palm Beach Tan is seeking outgoing beauty consultants to accurately represent our brand and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will be part of a commission-driven team focused on sales goals and guest satisfaction.

We provide comprehensive training, generous commission programs and growth opportunities while offering flexible school schedules and employee discounts on skincare products.

Qualificações

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7+ hours per day.
• Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains salon cleanliness.
• Sanitizing equipment after each use.
• Mopping, dusting, laundry, sanitizing tanning and wellness equipment, floors, bathrooms.
• Setting up tanning rooms for next customer according to Palm Beach Tan standards.
• Assisting customers as needed in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Ensures customers are educated on the Golden Rules of Tanning and that all company and legal requirements are met.
